About this Course
This course teaches people that work at a desk, remotely or from a home office, why and how to improve and maintain their health. During this course, learners are engaged in a health, workstation and postural self-assessment and improvement process.
The goal of this course is to prevent illnesses and painful soft-tissue injuries, and to increase comfort and productivity by performing tasks in an efficient manner.
Participants learn what they need to know about how to improve and maintain their health and wellness, the anatomy of an injury, how to create an efficient workstation and posture, and how to prevent painful and costly injuries, for life.
